If you were a child of the '90s, I have some seriously exciting news for you.
Take some deep breaths, get yourself some Pop Rocks, and sit down.
Ready?
Nickelodeon have announced that they're bringing back their '90s programming. Yes! That's right! I'm talkin' about Salute Your Shorts, Doug, Rugrats, Pete & Pete and even, oh yes, Hey Dude!!
Are you freaking out a little right? I am too. (But mostly because I live in the UK and I'm not sure they're going to be showing the '90s programs over here. Sad times.)
At first I was worried that these were just cruel-hearted rumours, however, there's an advert for the come-back, as well as a '90s Are All That Facebook page. And if something has a Facebook page, you know it's real.
Nickelodeon have released the first week's schedule for the '90s Are All That programming block, and it looks pretty damn good.
12:00am All That
12:30am Kenan & Kel
1:00am Clarissa Explains It All
1:30am Doug
2:00am All That
2:30am Kenan & Kel
3:00am Clarissa Explains It All
3:30am Doug
Two expisodes of Clarissa Explains It All in one night? Our TiVos are most certainly in for a megatreat.
Which was your favourite Nickelodeon show of the '90s? I loved Doug and Hey Dude!. Perhaps a little too much. (Anyone else have a crush on Quail Man? No?)
The '90s Are All That programming starts on Monday, 25 July! Get your recorders ready!
