Equafleece Jumpers: Keeping Dogs Warm & Dry

By Kelli Savill

A recent survey by Febreze discovered that Britain’s least favourite smell is that of wet dog, and I can totally understand why. Dogs are supposed to be cute and fluffy; I do not like my puppies to smell like their most recent watery adventures.

If your dog likes to jump in ponds or roll around in puddles, att last there's an answer: the Equafleece jumper.Throw a warm Equafleece on your dog and they will be dry in minutes, eradicating that awfully penetrating smell. They will also be wearing a jumper, which, you know, is just really cute.

Equafleece's unique fabric and design means that it really does magically transform a wet dog into a dry dog within minutes. Popping one on to a soggy pup after a muddy walk traps any smells inside which leaves cars, homes and offices clean and dry as well as odour free, taking a lot of the usual hassle out of dog walking.

These clever little jumpers are 100 per cent water-repellent and add a extra layer of warmth for single coated breeds as well as elderly or arthritic dogs who are a little more fragile in the winter months. The Polartec fabric used by Equafleece is eco-friendly, too, it’s made from re-cycled plastic bottles and is one the most durable on the market. Fashionable and sturdy? Sounds like the perfect combination.

I know, the idea of a cute little puppy in a jumper makes my heart melt, so the Equafleece is the ideal solution for those days in which a cute dog in a jumper would make or break your mood.

Available in 10 beautiful colours to let your dog’s personality shine through and with styles to fit the smallest puppy up to Great Dane, they retail from £20. For added safety on those late winter walks, there is also a high-visibility range.
