Every boob-respecting lady knows that wearing the correct bra size is a must.
In the last few years it seems that women - at least the ones I know - have gone to be fitted correctly, so that they're only wearing bras that are truly their size. However, something weird happens when it comes to sports bras. I can't be alone in admitting that while I'll only wear "normal" bras that are my size, my sports bras are a completely different story.
The sports bras in my wardrobe are horrendous. They're too small, they think "support" means "squishing boobs flat so that they are so far up your neck they're crushing your esophagus" and, quite frankly, they're ugly. I'll even admit to wearing two crappy sports bras at a time, thinking that with their crappiness combined, my breasts would be adequately supported.
WRONG.
I finally decided to use proper sports bras that come in your bra size - and it's basically changed my boobs' life.
Freya, known for their gorgeous bras and loungewear that come in a range of sizes, including the big-gun cup sizes that you probably didn't know existed. Freya has a special range of sport and swimwear called Freya Active, and I'm in love with it.
Sports Bras
Freya's sports bras come in three different styles: Underwire, Soft Cup and Moulded. I've tried out the Soft Cup bras, and they're brilliant. Instead of squashing your boobs, they hold them in place. (Not under your chin.) The straps are comfortable, it fits nicely on the side, and I forgot I was wearing it when I worked out, which is what you want.
I've used this bra in a spinning class as well as just at the gym using the rowing machine and the cross-trainer. My advice would be that if you do high-impact sports this won't be the best option for you as I could still feel a big of bounce when I was on the cross-trainer, but it's perfect for spin classes and other gym classes like yoga or pilates.
Performance Wear
When it comes to work-out tops and capris, I usually opt for Nike's Dri-Fit, yet Freya Active's performance wear is quickly becoming my new favourite. The Freya Active Sports Pant are extremely comfortable, even for a long cycle, and never bunch up or slip down revealing your bum crack. (Nothing is worse than trying to work out and having to pull up your trousers every thirty seconds.)

My favourite item of the collection is the Freya Active Sports Top. It's a tank top, fitted with a proper bra on the inside, so you only need to wear one item of clothing on top. The built-in bra has an underwire and proper clasps in the back, and the shoulder straps work as clasps as well, giving you the ultimate support. I've worn these at the gym and out on my bicycle for a long ride, and I LOVE them. They're a bit complicated to get into at first, but after your first wear you'll get used to it.
Again, while wearing this I forgot I was even wearing it, and all the Performance wear wicks away sweat from your skin. Even better, the Active Wear is made with Polygiene technology, which neutralizes odor by stopping the growth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi, meaning that your gym kit won't stink to the high heavens after you've used it. YES TO THIS.

My only complaint would have to be that the price of the Freya Active Sports Top is quite high at £56. If you're training a lot and are looking for something super comfortable, it's definitely worth the price, but if you're trying to pinch pennies, this won't be in your price range.
