When celebrities are deciding what to wear on the red carpet, they are faced with two options: either wear something classy and flattering, or wear something that is either so ridiculous or revealing that you are guaranteed more column inches than Brand/Ross, whether they are positive or not. All publicity is good publicity right?

I’m getting married in less than two months, so naturally I’m panicking about my appearance. I’ve managed to gain weight and a few weeks ago I seemed to be working on destroying my skin, which was beautiful in my teens only to wreak revenge in my 20s. Then I went to see Nina and Issidora, the brilliant hair and makeup team at Nina’s Vintage and Retro Hair, which was recommended to me by

Let me just say, first of all, THANK GOODNESS Obama won. We. Finally. Did. It. Bring on the change!
Admittedly, I was surprised, at first, to see the Obamas walk out on that Grant Park stage donning the color of the losing party. But then again, red is classy and classic -- not to mention powerful -- and perfect for the transition into the chillier months ahead. And the family looked so united, overjoyed and filled with emotion (and love!) despite their

If you added up what you spend on facials, vitamin C tablets and tubes of Dr Hauschka over a year, in order to maintain glowing, youthful skin, it would probably equal hundreds, thousands if you throw in scrubs and face masks. So why not save yourself money by buying some of

I know it’s about as tedious as people moaning about Christmas starting earlier every year (seriously, it does!), but what is it about Halloween that makes everyone start running around in their underwear these days? When I was a kid, a sheet over the head with eye holes was considered standard, whilst a witch hat and stripy tights might be worn by someone a bit more extravagant.

We may not be that down with the Halloween party spirit over here in England (miserable bastards!), but personally I love any excuse for a bit of spooky dressing. Perhaps my obsessive watching of The Craft has ingrained itself on my brain or something!
While I can’t dress as a witch for work this Friday, I will be able to get in to the Halloween ‘spirit’ (geddit?!) with some of the great Halloween jewellery on offer at both
